Alexandra Maria Lara is a Romanian-German actress on television and film most well-known for her roles in films such as Downfall Youth Without Youth Control and Rush. Alexandra was the only child of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. When she was sixteen, she had secured a number of TV roles for instance, the lead in the Downfall film Youth Without Youth Control. The Oscar-nominated film Downfall the role she played as Secretary Traudljunge, Adolf Hitler's secretary was also a critically-acclaimed one.
