Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actress, best known as Joan Holloway. She played the character in seven seasons of AMC's time-travel drama Mad Men from 2007-2015. The show earned the actress six Emmy nominations, including best supporting actor and critical praise. Through her 20-year career she also gained recognition for her part in comedy and drama Another Period, a crime drama called Tin Star. She is known for her performances in Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey At Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. She has also recorded her voice on animated films like From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 or Scoob! She began her career as was a model who had a lot of success. After a while, her modeling career continued up to 1999, when Undressed began her first acting role in a television show. Her first big role was in the comedy drama Beggars and Choosers following which was also praised for her part in the popular show Firefly. Esquire magazine named her the most attractive woman in the world and Best-Looking American Woman for 2010.
